Painting can be a strong processing medium for emotional awareness and release. Together we will check in with our emotional state and ground ourselves in a painting practice.

Before we begin, we will ground with a wholistic self check-in
We will talk about how to convey emotion using color and texture
We will learn the tricks of working with acrylics
You paint for 2 hours with prompts while I guide
we end with a reflection and closing circle
You leave with a completed 12x12 painting, a visualization of your healing process
