Healing pathways

Painting can be a strong processing medium for emotional awareness and release. Together we will check in with our emotional state and ground ourselves in a painting practice.

  • Before we begin, we will ground with a wholistic self check-in

  • We will talk about how to convey emotion using color and texture

  • We will learn the tricks of working with acrylics

  • You paint for 2 hours with prompts while I guide

  • we end with a reflection and closing circle

  • You leave with a completed 12x12 painting, a visualization of your healing process
